Having traded successfully in and around Edinburgh from 1986-2001 as Carlotta’s Catering Services, we are now established in Killin, Scotland. We serve the Southern Highlands, Central Scotland, including Edinburgh and Glasgow, and come with a fine pedigree.

Carlotta Fraser has always been interested in food, its’ presentation and service and so to that end after leaving school, studied for, and qualified with an HND in Catering and Hotel Keeping at Napier College in Edinburgh.

In 1986 she decided to set up an outside catering business (Carlotta’s Catering Services) in Edinburgh based on providing quality food and a reliable service. She quickly gained a large number of both private and corporate clients, who regularly used the service on offer. The business was sold in 2001 to a larger Edinburgh based company who planned to develop and expand on the excellent client base.

Carlotta and her husband Craig bought and ran the Lochearnhead Hotel for a short time before moving to an established bed and breakfast establishment (Ardlochay Lodge) from where they also run the catering business.
